Welcome to Pushmint.io, a service provided by Clubmaster GmbH, Röhrliberg 30, 6330 Cham, Switzerland (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By signing up for and using our platform, you (“you,” “user,” or “customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Pushmint.io. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
2. Platform Overview
Pushmint.io is a subscription-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that allows users to:
- Schedule and publish posts to social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram),
- Schedule and publish blog posts to WordPress,
- Generate written content using automation tools,
- Manipulate images using built-in tools,
- Analyze and track post performance,
- Manage multiple social and blog accounts from a single dashboard.
3. Free Trial & Subscriptions
New users are eligible for a 7-week free trial. After the trial period, subscription pricing is outlined on the Pushmint.io homepage.
All payments are processed via Stripe. Since a free trial is offered, no refunds are available once a subscription has started.
4. Content Ownership & Responsibility
You retain full ownership of any content you upload or generate through Pushmint.io. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with all applicable laws, platform guidelines, and intellectual property rights.
By using the platform, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to use and distribute any content you publish.
5. Data Storage & Privacy
We store the following user data for operational purposes:
- Name, address, city, and email (for invoicing, login, and password reset)
- Connected social pages (for scheduling and publishing)
- Website address (for WordPress integration)
We do not use cookies or tracking mechanisms outside of what is technically necessary for platform functionality.
A separate Privacy Policy outlines how we handle personal data in detail.
6. Social Media & WordPress Integrations
Pushmint.io integrates with third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WordPress. By using these integrations, you agree to their respective terms of service.
We are not responsible for changes, outages, or limitations in third-party services that may affect your ability to use Pushmint.io.
7. Liability & Data Backup
While we take all reasonable measures to keep your data safe, we do not accept liability for any data loss, missed posts, or platform downtime.
We recommend users keep local copies of important data and content. When you publish content through our platform, a copy is also available on the linked social/blog platform.
8. Termination & Account Suspension
No manual cancellation is required. If a payment fails, you will receive a reminder. If the payment continues to fail, your account will be suspended until payment is resolved.
You may stop using the platform at any time by simply not renewing your subscription.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or notification within the platform.
